I hate the refund policy! I spent 400$ on clothes from you guys, I hated the outfits I sent them back and only received 340$ back of store credit. It’s basically making me buy something that I’m not sure on and I would still have to paying shipping even after already losing 60$ from my refund amount. The clothes were never worn it’s really a rip off!!!

Doesn’t feel like the size I bought around the waist and butt area for some reason ..was some rust from the key chain on the jeans as well , maybe once I break them in more they’ll be more comfortable

This entire process was completely useless. After 7 unanswered messages by email or phone the package was finally delivered... To the wrong address.. I did all I know how to do to make certain the item was delivered to Northampton, pa.. it got delivered to lackawanna, my . Pretty close.. only about 7 hours apart. If I live the entire rest of my life, I will never order from the website again.. the lack of communication is overwhelming. Good thing is.. there's an 800 to call when emails get ignored... Bad news is.. no one answers that either.. you people are completely useless
