All orders in the USA are shipped from our warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio. You can expect delivery within 3-5 business days if standard shipping is selected. Orders with expedited shipping are delivered within 1-2 business days.
International Orders
International orders can take up one week for delivery. Duties and taxes are included in all DHL Express shipments.
Returns
You may return unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card number which can be used at checkout. Sent wrong jeans & then ignored my every attempt to rectify the issue. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen. In fact, there is no customer support. I sent several messages but no one ever bothered to respond. I'll never order from this place again. Wish I wasn't forced to give one star because they don't deserve it. ZERO STARS!
I ordered the jeans in the above photo but Vengeance sent the wrong jeans. I immediately tried to contact them & was shocked when they ignored every single attempt I made to reach them. I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM! Good luck getting a hold of anyone at this place. Customer service is nonexistent. Never again.
