Firstly you had sent me the wrong colour secondly you failed to email me back and after waiting several days you responded to me asking me to send in a photo to prove the wrong colour was sent to which i had done you then carried on choosing to ignore my email and not bother to help especially when it had cost me over £70 in postage as i have ordered from the uk and was charged a a non uk Stirling charge from my bank overall you had cost me £123 for your mistake which im left to now pay im certainly not happy with your poor customer service let alone a incompetent one at that
