I normally wear 36 with some space in it but these ran pretty tight where bending over it slides down tight , I rarely run into these cases where the pants are to tight but it happens , for comfort ability I would suggest going up a size the pants are slightly on the slimmer side so don’t worry about it being “to baggy” if anything if your aiming for a baggy look sizing up wouldn’t be bad idea just my personal preference fashionista thoughts , overall pants are great quality
