I never received my order I'm disappointed in this cause my expectations were very high

Everything about this app is so good besides one order outta a lot of clothes I’ve been buying in the past 2yrs . Got a pair of pants that fit my waist size, but the length is like a 7 foot tall person. It’s very very long. I never had a problem with anything else. All my jeans or my shirts has been 100% good just this one last order that is very long on the lymph it’s for like a 7 foot to a person but the large on the waist size is good. I returned them and you returned them back with another order that I read that I ordered a pair of jinx recently, the black and gold jeans are perfect. Besides that order that you return that I returned to you explaining what a note inside that the length is feel like a 7 foot tall a person the waist is a large and you didn’t exchange them. You send them back to me you didn’t even give me an option to change them and I never had a grief with your company. Everything else I ever bought from you. If you look at my history, you see that I have a good history with you. I support you wholeheartedly, so I found it baffling that you didn’t exchange those pants instead with my new order that I received you return the order. I returned to you with the Hope that you were change them or give me an option. I sent it back with a note in the insight explaining why I’m sending them back. I didn’t want no money back. I just wanted the option to replace them or give me the option to get another pair of the same but with a 56 in the way hell I could wear something that’s 7 foot for a lack of 7 foot person. It’s not gonna stop me from rocking with you, but I found that kind of weird that you will send it back knowing if you look at my history, I’m a dedicated customer and I ain’t just rocking with you. I’ve been rocking with you other than that you’ve been good to me or rather your company has been good to me.
