Returns
You may return unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card number which can be used at checkout. The furr keep falling off
I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone ever since I got the jacket as it sheds everywhere and ruined my clothes I’ve tried it on with. It also had a little hole where there arm and shoulder connect. I’ve sent like 10 emails and tried calling and no response. I’ve sent multiple emails with the pictures the problems and havn’t got a response. I wasted 207 dollars on a deductive jacket that I can’t so any thing with. Also the after I bought the price literally dropped to 69 so I could have bought the blue one and the multi pastel for the price I got this one defective one for. This happened a couple time to me with other store during the sales time and I got refunded the difference. I’d like my money back for jacket because I could have bought both the blue and multi pastel for that price but no one answered and I got ignored after multiple inquiries. You guys have nice clothes and gained a new customer and i was going to recommend my friends to this store as it was a great find but after being ignored I recommend everyone to not buy from here feels like a scam with poor quality expensive clothes that I got scammed by and wasted 207 dollars and the 60 something dollar shipping.
Don’t buy, down feathers leak out and ruins your clothes. It spreads every where and also the jacket came with a whole in it. I’ve tried all the ways to contact them about this and about a return and got no reply. I inquired about this about 10 times still no reply. Buy at own risk because you’ll be wasting your money as the jackets garbage and they don’t do any thing about it and just ignore you
My son is absolutely over the moon with his jacket. He is getting a lot of positive feedback from his friends and is now apparently mad drippy.....this is good 👍🏽 😀
Can I get a size chat I don’t if I should get a small or medium as every brand size is medium and small is different
